“Rick and the team at Mida have always been there when we need them. From our furnace to our hot water tank and most recently our central air, they always seem to go when we need them most. Rick, knowing that I have chronic health issues, showed up within 20 minutes on a Saturday evening when our central air wouldn't work. He set us up to get us by until it was ready for the next step on Tuesday. Just like click work, he showed up Tuesday at the exact planned time and we were off and running. They are dependable and reasonable and the only people we will ever call for our HVAC needs!”

“Having to write any kind of home services review can be a bummer, as it often means something in your house is broken. That was the case for us as we heard an absolutely bananas clunking sound coming from our furnace. We called the emergency line at Mida around 9pm and spoke with Alex, who let us know that we could either pay an additional $100 for him to come out and tell us it is broken OR we could wait until first thing in the morning and he would be there to diagnose, grab the part, and fix everything up.

We opted to grab the dog and bundle up for the night, feeling grateful that the team didn't try and
con us out of dollars while knowing they couldn't get the part until morning. It got down to 48
degrees and Alex was there at 7am sharp - ready to get to work! I got to work on baking cookies to stay warm in the meantime. I digress...

Alex went out quickly to grab the part after diagnosing our VERY OLD (like…doesn't have a year on it old) furnace part, came back, and had our heat back and working within the hour. WOW! I was 5000 grateful him, his speedy ability to get things fixed up, and the very reasonable cost of the work that was done. I won't pretend to know the first thing about furnaces or heating and cooling, so having a go to team feels SO nice. They have a customer for life and I can't recommend them enough!”
